Mustard Mail is published by Duct Tape Works Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202650183K). This policy explains what data Mustard Mail accesses, why, and the choices you have.

Your email

Mustard Mail connects to your email account so it can show, organise and send your mail. With your permission, it accesses your messages, their content and attachments, and your contacts' email addresses as they appear in your mail.

Your email is processed on your device. We do not store the content of your email on our servers, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

You sign in through your email provider's own sign-in screen. Mustard Mail does not see your password.

Google user data

Mustard Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to provide Mustard Mail's features to you. We do not use it to serve ads, do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Analytics and crash reports

To fix bugs and improve the app, Mustard Mail may collect crash reports and usage analytics through a third-party service, such as Firebase Crashlytics. This includes device model, iOS version, app version, crash details and how app features are used. It does not include the content of your email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your email content for advertising or to train AI models.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your choices

• Disconnect an account in the app at any time.
• Revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Deleting the app removes data stored on your device.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing jay@ducttape.works.

Retention and security

We keep analytics and crash data only as long as needed to run and improve the app, and protect it with industry-standard security measures.

Children

Mustard Mail is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Law

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other laws that apply to you.

Changes

We will update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
